To configure E-mail account in Microsoft Outlook 2010 please follow the below steps.

  

At first go on Microsoft Outlook from Start > Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Outlook and click Next.

You can configure Outlook to connect Internet E-mail, or other E-mail server. So, to configure E-mail account in Outlook check Yes and click Next.

Now select the Manually configure server settings or additional server server types to configure and click Next.

Now select Internet E-mail and click Next.

Fill up this area as the instruction given below:

Instruction:   

  1. Write your name in the box ( This is the Name others will see when receiving your emails)
  2. Type your full email address ( name@yourdomain.com )
  3. Select Account type POP3 or IMAP. (Use IMAP if you wish to see your folders on other devices)
  4. Incoming mail server:  mail.<yourdomain.com>
  5. Outgoing mail server(SMTP): same as Incoming mail Server. 
  6. User Name: your full email address again.
  7. Write the password for the e-mail address.

Now check the Remember password option if you want to Outlook remember your password and click on More Settings.

Then click on the Outgoing Server tab and check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and click OK.

Click Finish to complete the Outlook E-mail client setup.

Microsoft Outlook e-mail client setup has completed you can access mailbox using the same.

1. Run Apple Mail

If you run it for the first time and do not have any mail accounts configured in it, skip the next step: Apple Mail will take you directly to creating one.

2. Open the Adding Mail Account Wizard:

  • Click Mail > Preferences....
  • Select the Accounts tab.
  • Click the + button at the bottom left corner.

3. Enter the account information:

  • Your full name
  • Your full email address

The password you use to log into the Panel

Fill in the following incoming mail server information:

    • Account Type: select whether you want to use IMAP or POP protocol (hint: if you're going to use a mobile device use IMAP)
    • Incoming Mail Server: type mail.<your domain>.com
    • User Name: enter your full email address.
    • Password: leave it auto-completed (Apple Mail uses the password entered in previous steps)

Click Continue

Fill in the following outgoing mail server information:

    • Outgoing Mail Servertype mail.<your domain>.com
    • Use only this server: selected.
    • Use Authentication: selected.
    • User Name: enter your full e-mail address.
    • Password: leave it auto-completed (Apple Mail takes it from the previous step).

Click Continue

Select the Take account online checkbox and click Create.

To Login into the Atmail typed the following address http://webmail.<your domain name> e.g. webmail.yourdomain.com as shown in the below figure. 

 

    

Now typed User name, the domain name and password respectively as show in the below figure and click Login to proceed.   

  

 

Read New Mails from Inbox. 

 

Click Inbox to read the New Mails.  

  

  

Below is the screenshot of Atmail Inbox.  

  

 

Compose a New Mail.

  

To write a New Mail just click on Compose.  

  

 

 

 

A new window would open.Type in the recipient's email address(s)Subject of the mail and text of the mail. Then click on 'Send Message' to send the mail. 

  

 

File Attachment.

  

To attach any file click on the Attachments icon on the LHS of the window.  

  

  

A new window will appear. Click on Browse another window will come with list of files and folders Select the File to be attached and click Open.

  

  

  

Beside the Browse button there will show the full path of the file, then click Attach and click Done to save the attachment. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to attach more files.  

 

 

Attachment will show as below figure. 

 

 

Add Signature.

   

To add Signature click on the Settings.  

 

  

  

A page will appear called WebMail Preferences as in the associated figure. At the bottom of the screen you will find Email Signature. Typed the Signature in the adjacent box and click on the Save Settings at the LHS of the screen.It will be attached to all outgoing emails automatically.

 

 

 

 

Delete Individual mail and all mails from Folder.

 

 To delete any individual mail Select the Mail you want to delete >> Right click on it >> a drop down box will appear >> Click on Delete on that Box or you can press Delete from keyboard.

 

 

 

To delete all the mails from any folder click on Folders. 

 

 

Now, Click on the Delete Icon at the Right Hand Side, as shown in the attached figure.   

 

 

 

Log Out from Atmail. 

 

Now log out from AtMail by clicking LogOff.
